I am a pro Women's Physique competitor with the NFF, a PNBA pro Figure competitor, certified nutritionist and personal trainer who does contest prep, general training and weight loss programs for men and women. All of my programs are customized for each client.

Your program includes unlimited support, diet, training, cardio programs and recommended supplement regime.

I have several options so you can find the one that fits your needs:

WORKOUT OF THE MONTH CLUB...$50 a month for continual workout updates. I change these at the first of every month.

CUSTOMIZED DIET/NUTRITION PLANNING...$100 for initial nutrition foundation/plan only.

COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE - In-person or virtual...For in-person: $279 initial, then $199 monthly for customized diet and training program, including all support. For virtual coaching: $199 initial, then $179 monthly.
