Boston Learning Understanding & Enrichment center - BLUE, Inc.

Boston Learning, Understanding and Enrichment Center, Inc. (BLUE, Inc.) will provide educational seminars and real estate education to low- and moderate-income first time home buyers and people interested in real estate information, so as to assist first time home buyers to make informed, voluntary decision regarding the home buying process, helping to ensure that they purchase properties that are safe, decent, sanitary and affordable, and thereby fostering diverse and sustainable communities.

These activities are intended to further the charitable purposes of the advancement of education; specifically, instruction for low- and moderate-income persons within the commonwealth of Massachusetts on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community, such as helping prepare first time home buyers for the responsibility of home ownership. These activities also are intended to further the charitable purpose of the relief of the poor, distressed and underprivileged, by conducting educational activities in collaboration with community groups and government agencies that help low- and moderate-income persons obtain adequate and affordable housing.
