Bouley Restaurant a la carte dining service will be temporarily ending on Monday, July 31st until the NEW Bouley Restaurant opens in the future, nearby in Tribeca.
Starting Tuesday, August 1st, Bouley Restaurant's 163 Duane St. location will be available only as an event space, booking private dining and events through January 2018 (including The Main Dining Room, The Red Room & the Chef's Pass).
Chef David Bouley's brushstroke Japanese Restaurant at 30 Hudson St., as well as the Bouley Botanical & Bouley Test Kitchen event spaces, remain in full operation indefinitely.
We will also produce various culinary, artistic and health-focused experiences in all of our spaces over the coming months (about which you can find further information at BouleyEvents.com), and unveil a new, separate restaurant concept imminently.
