Bourre' - Southern Bistro

The Bourre’ Southern Bistro is now open and ready to serve you in a gracious and elegant manner.
What is Bourre’? In French, Bourre’ means “stuffed” and when you dine with us, you will never leave hungry.
Our menu includes many of the items one associates with New Orleans/Southern cuisine. There are the choice filets of fried catfish, red beans & rice, gumbo and jambalaya that are familiar and comforting.
But in addition to these familiar favorites, our chef has created unique house specials that embody a California Fusion approach. Dishes that include: blueberry, honey drizzled cornbread, Creole shrimp risotto, maple glazed stuffed pork chops and a spicy pan seared salmon filet.
Desserts are equally scrumptious with Bananas Foster being the house signature.
Bourre’ is open for your dining pleasure Thursday through Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 8pm.
Friday evenings feature a DJ spinning all your favorites and your requests and coming soon will be our Sunday Gospel Bunch.
