Our resolution is to promote health, well-being, self-confidence, and mental toughness in a safe, encouraging, and inspirational environment. This will properly prepare our students for the many challenges of life.

Brazil- 021 Arlington, MA offers programs for children as young as four as well adult men and women. We provide a dynamic program of authentic instruction, with a focus on improving the whole being as well as training high quality competitors. Our teammates will represent the values while in competition as well as off the mats. While reflecting the values of Brazil- 021, we offer our competitors an ideal environment to cultivate their skill in technical ability, tactical thought, and and mental endurance.
