Ever since I started my journey in health and fitness, one thing remained through all the ups and downs, my desire for others to have what I have. My desire for others to have the assurance that they've worked hard enough, that they are on track, and make sure that things like their body image isn't an issue.
I grew up being the fat kid, that was my reality all through high school. I didn't believe I had a choice in the matter, I was genetically pre-dispositioned to be fat. That feeling of powerlessness crept into my life, but as time went on, I saw people making the changes and putting the work in and getting the results. So, I dove in, I devoured as much information on diet, nutrition, and exercising as I could find.
Soon, I became the guru, I was getting texts and phone calls asking for help with their diets or with their training. I loved every minute of it. I made it my goal to be a professional trainer, so I could devote my energy and livelihood doing what I love, and what I love is helping people. Not only do I love helping people, I'm also a nerd, a huge nerd, and I love to reading about new techniques and studies in health and fitness.
As a fitness professional my number one goal, is to help you realize your goals and get you the results you're looking for. I will do that with passion, knowledge, and energy that can only come from loving what you do.
