Breathe Body Movement

My journey with Gyrotonic® began in 2006 and there were so many benefits to my own body and mind, I felt compelled to share with others. I currently teach private and duet sessions at Gyrotonic Tree Town studio in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
