I believe the foundation for health is gratitude and all circumstances in our lives teach us important lessons, even with how we care for our bodies.
To reach an ideal weight, a mental shift is necessary for people and I support them on their mental, physical and sometimes spiritual journey with an all-natural, nutritionally balanced plan.
I enjoy encouraging and watching people learn lessons in health which coincides with my training as a certified health teacher at the High School level, a Master’s degree in Health & Physical Education from Manhattanville College and certification from the McDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education at Villanova University.
