We are a craft coffee shop. Nothing in our shop is hot brewed - we cold brew everything. This is done to ensure the best cup we can offer. In cold brewing you maximize caffeine, lower the acidity, and lose the pungent bitterness that most associate with coffee in general.

Our coffee is cold brewed for 15 hours and decanted into kegs.We then infuse the beverage with nitrogen which preserves the coffee and gives it a creaminess that you cant get with other brewed coffee's. Hot brewing brings a bitterness to the coffee when the grounds are heated to the point of extracting the oils. You also lose caffeine and increase acidity when you hot brew. Cold brewing doesn't change the flavor structure of the roast/bean at all. In fact it maintains the virgin state of the bean and roast - you taste what the bean/roast was intended to taste like.

We serve our nitro cold brew on draft at 36* degrees like your favorite draft beer. It comes out creamy and frothy like a good stout. No ice - why would you? Ice dilutes your beverage between each sip. And you're paying for 12 ounces - you should get 12 ounces.

All of our drinks can be served hot OR cold. Hot drinks are still cold brewed or made with Cold Brew Concentrate and then steamed to temperature.

As said before - we don't hot brew. Serving traditional Espresso would be hot brewing - so, we came up with our own nitro-cold brew concentrate that has the same texture and caffeine levels as traditional Espresso. All of our specialty drinks like the Nitro-Red Eye, Cereal Killer, and other Lattes are made with our nitro-cold brew concentrate.

We do coffee like beer. Our focus is on the flavor delivery. Come try a cup.
