Brick Oven Pizza Company of Abilene

July 8th, 2004 was the day that Brick Oven Pizza Co. came to life in Paragould Arkansas. Anticipation on that day was thick among all with hopes of the perfect pizza. Many months before this opening, the trials and
tribulations were met trying to create that unique dough recipe. The vision of the dough had to have the perfect texture, had to have the perfect taste and a
mouth watering visual appeal. Because of our attention to detail, it takes us a little longer to prepare. Please allow us up to 30 minutes, it will be well worth your wait.

After the crust met all of our criterion, we moved on to the task of creating the rest of the menu. Not any
ordinary pizza menu, we wanted to approach the taste buds with ingredients of a wide variety. We wanted to step outside of the “norm” of most pizzas. From our unique specialty pizzas to our signature Mortar Salad, this uncommon restaurant would astound us with the
response of the customers.

With such inspiration from this opening, we could stop, take a breath, and look forward to sharing this experience in other cities. The successful launch of the first
Brick Oven Pizza Co. led us to focus on find tuning our operations. We continued to develop our menu in the months to follow, looked for new locations, and set out to open our second restaurant.

On December 8th, 2004, we opened in Conway,
Arkansas. The diverse and intriguing menu options led this restaurant to be a sensational hit within the
community. We never stopped looking for the next
appetizing ingredient to add to a pizza, salad or
sandwich. We encourage feedback from our customers and staff in the search for the next spectacular recipe.

To date we have now opened 8 locations that spread over 3 states.
We have just begun.
