Brubaker’s Pub: Summit County’s Original Irish American neighborhood pub. Six locations dot the area, providing escape 365 days-a-year, for four decades.

In early 2016, Brubaker’s founder passed the torch to a new, but local, group of executives in the food-service industry. She entrusted her beloved Brubaker’s brand in their hands, as she knew these individuals would put the Brubaker’s Pub teams and its patrons first.

Service is at the core of Brubaker’s Pubs on several levels! A thread of “service to others” runs deep in the new owners whether it is for our nation or the brands they represent. Several have served our great nation representing the Army, Navy and the Air Force; others have a parent or child that has served. All recognize the value of taking care of others whether it is a sacrifice like being in the military, or building a brand with loyal team members and patrons.

For everyone: Our guests enjoy Happy Hour pricing EVERY DAY (3-7pm) and seasonally-influenced signature cocktails – only $5 before 3pm EVERY DAY! Be sure to try our Reuben Flatbread, Bavarian Pretzels, Brubaker’s Chicken and more. Recent additions include Pulled Pork Sliders, Beef Sliders, a Traditional Reuben and our best Corned Beef & Swiss sandwich yet!

Finally, you can come home for the Holidays at Brubaker’s as we open at 7pm on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Or consider having a party catered by Brubaker’s at your home or business!
