Master Brewer Sean Larkin, of Trinity/Revival/Gansett fame, has combined his extensive beer knowledge with his relentless passion, resulting in an indomitable line of beers with top-notch, recognizable quality from the Larkin brand. Furthermore, our craft beers are uniquely created to compliment the mouthwatering flavors of all our traditional BBQ menu items, inspired by our Executive Chef, Wayne Gibson. Brutopia's meats are smoked to perfection with various hardwoods in our artisan Hickory Pit Smoker. Smoke from the hickory logs allows our foods to be permeated with a delectable & rich Southern-BBQ flavor.
