BSR seeks accredited investors
BSR is seeking accredited investors to fund, among things, the green harvesting of natural gas produced from underground coal seams. Investors receive 17.85% adjusted gross income from each natural gas well. Payment to investor is made from the sale of natural gas pursuant to a division orders with only the State of Wyoming mandated severance tax and royalty payments deducted. BSR is responsible for all other costs. Based on the open market natural gas price and the anticipated production rate the investor will receive an 8.0% annual rate of return on the cash invested.
The investor’s principal is fully guaranteed by the collateral trust certificate and a managed sinking fund.
Accredited Investors = Individuals with investable net worth of $1 million or more, excluding their primary residence, OR individuals with incomes above $200,000+ for the last 2 or more years].
