BurnOut Dance Fitness

The hottest new dance fitness program created to make exercising fun! This program works every part of your body while giving you hot dance moves to use anywhere you go. Our services include: Dance Fitness classes, choreography (shows, pageants, competitions), confidence building, and private sessions. Starting November 7, 2015 Classes($5) are every Tuesday 7pm-8pm and Saturday 11am-12pm at Triangle Dance Studio located in Durham, NC. Bring plenty of water and be prepared to sweat and have fun!
