More about Cabin Capital of Virginia

In March 2009 The Commonwealth of Virginia General Assembly designated Page County as Cabin Capital of Virginia.
In addition to the numerous attractions of the Shenandoah Valley and the scenic beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Page County, Virginia, is the home to over 250 cabins. These nestled treasures make it possible for tens of thousands of visitors to experience the beauty of Virginia through all seasons each year. Page County cabins are cozy, unique, and mostly located on the Shenandoah River or in the mountains. They are also near world-class attractions, such as, Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park and the Shenandoah River.
There is a true value in reconnecting with family and friends in a relaxed cabin experience. With a large selection of cabin rentals, visitors can choose cabins for romantic getaways for two, or plan family reunions in larger cabin complexes, sleeping up to 20 guests. Cabins can be reserved for weekends, extended week stays, and discounted weekday stays. Our guests can relax in hot tubs, cook on BBQ grills, all while taking in wildlife views from a private deck. After a day of exploring the region by car, adventurous hikes, or even bike rides on the numerous scenic roads, they can return to their cabin. Exploring Page County offers excitement with beautiful country roads leading to our quaint historic towns of Luray, Stanley and Shenandoah.
