Cafasté

Cafasté (Kah-foss-tay) is a holistic coffee roaster in Payson, Arizona. Born in the mountains and high on good coffee, we offer wholesale and retail coffee beans that are respectfully sourced, roasted with intent, and delivered with pride.

We take a holistic approach to our coffee roasting process. It starts with respectfully sourcing high quality beans. From the valleys of Ethiopia to the mountains of Costa Rica, our beans are unique, fairly traded, and environmentally responsible. We roast these beans with clean, mountain air in an electric, fluid bed roaster. This results in a consistent, smooth flavor and keeps the beans free from gas-combustion contaminants. Finally, we package and deliver beans right after roasting so you can brew the freshest cup of coffee possible.

Coffee is a powerful thing, able to break barriers, build relationships, and elevate the consciousness. It is my desire that every bean you brew manifests something positive, inspires a new idea, and fuels your next adventure.
