Pricing: Wedding cakes, 2-D cakes and 3-D cakes are priced per serving. Price per serrving is based on cake flavors, type of frosting (icing or fondant) and the complexity of the cake design.

Wedding Cakes: Icing only: $2.25 and up
Fondant covered: $3.25 and up

2-D Cakes: $2.25 per slice with a minimum order of $75.00

3-D Cakes: 3.25 per slice with a minimum order of $100.00

Other cakes available: Sheet cakes, pound cakes and cupcakes.

Our cakes are baked to order and never frozen. Therefore, to supply and maintain our cakes at the highest standards, we recommend the following timeline:
Wedding Cakes: 4 to 8 Weeks
2-D and 3-D Cakes: 2 weeks

Payment: 1/2 of the balance is due when you place your order. The retainer will hold the date of your event. The retainer in non-refundalbe. The full balance is due and collectable two weeks prior to the event date. Payment made less the two weeks prior to scheduled event must be made in cash or money order.

Consultations: During your consultation, the style, theme and preferences will be discussed and decided. So that we are able to get as many details as possible for your day, we encourage you to bring fabric swatches, patterns, pictures or any other item that will help interpret the desires of your cake.

Any delivery location outside of 10 miles from CakEffect will be subject to a delivery charge.

With all Wedding Cake orders, the Anniversary tier(no to exceed 6") is no charge.

With all 1st Birthday Cake orders, the Smash Cake(not to exceed 6") is no charge.
