We are a sustainable Bakery, Cake Shop and Farm to Table Catering service. We specialize in hand made breads made from Non GMO heritage wheat, fantastical cake creations, locavore catering and food education. Our Hand Made products are all created from the purest local sustainably farmed and foraged non toxic ingredients. Because our ingredients are exposed to little processing many of our products are for those with food sensetivities.

Breads, cakes and pastries are baked fresh each morning of locally farmed and foraged non toxic ingredients. We want you to "have your cake and eat it to" without the sugar shock so we have eliminated processed sugar. Over years of "test kitchen" chemistry we have created our own unique recipes using natures alternatives to processed ingredients "real food". Our menu changes with the seasons to reflect what our farmer friends have to harvest. Enjoy a pit stop at the Bakery along the scenic route to Yosemite. Stock up on delicious provisions and check out our fantastic little speciality fly shop with beautiful hand made cane fly rods and hand tied flies!
