Access the gulf-front balcony through the living room or master bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. Or simply relax in your bed and watch the Gulf Coast emerald waves roll in. Prepare breakfast or a picnic lunch in the well-furnished kitchen, and enjoy spending the day with your feet in the sand, listening to the waves, and feeling the gulf breeze. Take a short stroll to the pier and drop a line and catch dinner. Don't forget that you can take advantage of your 2 free padded beach chairs and umbrella set up for you seasonally down on the beach, courtesy of the owner! For dining, no need to bother piling into the car - just walk across the street to Pier Park for a number of local restaurant options and evening entertainment, and retire to the comfort of your condo home.

In the master bedroom, you will find a well-appointed gulf front master with a king bed, flat screen television, private full bath and private entrance to the gulf-front balcony. In the second bedroom, relax on a queen bed complete with a flat screen TV and appreciate the convenience of a connecting guest full bathroom. The final bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses, as well as a dresser and flat screen TV. This unit offers a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! In the living room, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils for the guest that loves to cook.

The proximity of Calypso Beach Resort to the fabulous Pier Park shopping, dining, and entertainment area (having over 200 shops, restaurants, and entertainment options) allows guests to really kick back and enjoy a hassle-free (and vehicle-free!) vacation experience.
