TheUltimateFitness Daily Program:
-1 hour long: (Dynamic stretch, instruction/demonstration warm up, workout of the day, cool down, static stretch/closing speech)
Functional, Fundamental, Highly Varied, High Intensity, Limited to Your Potential, exercises!
The program consists of weight-training, Olympic lifting, some gymnastic/callisthenic training, and metabolic-conditioning, by using fundamental functional ground/core exercises to assist corrective postural control, muscle imbalances and guidance correction for outside stressors relating to health & fitness.
The program can be related/compared to multiple cross-training exercise guides and programs (circuit resistance training involving both upper body and lower body extremities, constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements).
The classes' mainly consist of highly varied:
Calisthenics (body weight) exercises along with limited equipment such as:
Olympic-rIngs, speed ropes, parallettes, small/big tires, fire hoses, pull-up bars, and medicine ball/wall balls.
Weight-Training/Olympic Lifting: Barbells, Dumbbells, Bumper-plates, and kettle bells.
These exercises are built to change your Life-style for the better. Correct your posture, fix your diet, your muscle imbalances, and your true athletic potential. Not to mention build your Cardiovascular/respiratory system, build true strength, build range of motion, balance, coordination, build your Central Nervous System, and eliminate more of your body's calories than most programs.
