We are located on the 5th floor of the parking structure where we live. We have been called a 'raw urban gym' by friends who love the idea of training outside in the beautiful southern California weather. We offer fitness training with a focus on both strength and conditioning. Private one on one, semi private and small group training is available. We also specialize in SMR (self-myofascial release) which helps in the prevention of overuse injuries as well as performance. We are the Headquarters for The Alexander Method of SMR and home of the Urban Workout.
