My aim is to physically challenge you, allowing you to identify your strength in spirit and recognize opportunities for growth, allowing you to work towards a state of equanimity. It doesn’t matter if you never achieve a difficult pose; the pose is a means to an end, not the end itself. However, in working through the poses you will achieve more strength, agility, flexibility, and a sense of calm and mindfulness in your daily life. And oddly enough, through dedication and work you will eventually achieve that difficult pose you once thought was impossible, opening you to the notion that nothing is impossible.
