Located in the heart of West Hollywood, the CARRIE'S PILATES PLUS workout is a combination of weight training, cardio and Pilates. We utilize the best of all three: the strengthening and toning benefits of weight training, the rapid non-stop movement of cardio, and the lengthening and postural enhancing benefits of Pilates...ALL in one hard core circuit training sequence.
Each class is 40 minutes long and taught in a group setting by a Certified Carrie's Pilates Plus instructor, who insures that your form is optimized for best results.
The routines incorporate “old school” exercises such as push-ups and lunges; however, with the support of the exclusive M3 Megaformer™ machine, the pressure on your joints and spine are virtually eliminated.
