Catherine Louisa Gallery

Catherine Louisa Gallery exhibits contemporary and 20th Century fine art, emphasizing works by Montana, regional masters and emerging artists. The gallery is engaged in direct sale, resale and buying. Represents work by Rob Akey, Kevin Red Star, Rudy Autio, Gordon McConnell, Theodore Waddell, Sheila Miles, Charles Ringer, Freeman Butts, Edith Freeman, Juane Quick-to-See Smith, Davi Nelson and John Buck and more. Exhibitions of individual artists and thematic group shows are often presented.
The gallery is located in the historic Babcock Building on North Broadway. Built in 1907 the building housed the theater-opera house and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. One of the ornate arched entrance bays of the Babcock leads to the gallery where the tiled floors and arched roof of the atrium-corridor create a unique art-simpatico ambiance.
