Central Oregon Collective

Established in 1983, we are a local, non-profit organization dedicated to working with individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on support & community inclusion.

Central Oregon Collective (formerly R.A.P) supports individuals with a wide variety of abilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy & mental health issues.

We have six residential homes in Bend, OR, as well as a supported living program.

Our office houses our organizations administrative team, as well as our ATE (Alternative to Employment) & Vocational Program.
