Since 1978, Central Skagit Medic One Paramedics have been proudly providing the highest level of ALS Emergency Medical Services available to the citizens of central Skagit County. Our (4) dual Paramedic staffed units respond to over 10,000 calls for service each year to a population of over 100,000 citizens in the central Skagit valley including the cities of Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro Woolley, La Conner, and the vast unincorporated areas of central Skagit County. We are a publicly funded agency that is supported by a County wide EMS levy of $0.375 per $1,000 of assessed property value.
