At Challenge Fitness we are dedicated to providing a friendly and inviting environment for our members. Our Fitness Studio is not filled with the traditional machines you'll find at the gym. Instead we provide our members with equipment such as: Pull Up Bars, Punching Bags, Plyo Boxes, Medicine Balls, Free Wights, Kettle Bells, and much more.

We offer convenient Day and Night classes to fit your busy schedule. Our class sizes are limited for a more personal experience, and aim to improve your; endurance , stamina, speed, coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Our main focus Give you the results you want in an environment you feel safe in.
So whether you are taking a one-on-one personal training session, doing a dynamic workout in one of our boot camp classes, or sweating it out in one of our kickboxing classes, you will get the attention and results you deserve.
