Rafael Rodighiero, PA-C and Martin Codispoti, FNP-BC are partnering to bring you and your family top notch health care! Chapmanville Primary Care Clinic will be opening June 5, 2017. We will be providing primary healthcare, walk-in sick visits, CDL physicals, sports physicals, and many other services. Rafael and Martin will be accepting new patients as well as seeing their patients from their past places of employment. Our office is still undergoing remodeling, but starting May 22nd, our employees will be in to answer your calls and make appointments!
