Chay got his start in real estate during the real estate boom in late 2004 as a mortgage broker in Scottsdale, Arizona. His experience as a mortgage broker offers his clients unique and invaluable insight into the complete real estate transaction. A native Texan, Chay has spent 14 years in Austin and has cultivated a comprehensive demographic knowledge. He strives to continually develop his niche market expertise.
