Chefs Jason Brickles and Percy Voorhies III’s paths collided February of 2014, at an upscale fine dining members only golf club in Las Vegas. Jason is the well-established Chef with more than twenty years of experience in the Las Vegas Valley working for the most prevalent casinos, hotels, and golf courses around town. Percy is a private chef that attended culinary school, learned the basics and let his creativity flourish. When the two met a perfect duo unraveled, mentor and protégé. Jason educated Percy on countless methods, techniques and overall operations of a commercial kitchen. And during these teachings Percy exposed Jason to various ideas that were off the wall, fresh and intriguing. The two of them coupled together produced many menus, new dishes, even created tantalizing business ideas. Chef Knocks is the product of two Chefs, from different generations that have come together with an idea that brings radical change to the food service industry.
