We are a family owned, classic, neighborhood gym open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All the equipment you need to be healthy without any of the hype.

We offer over 40,000 square feet of space to work out in. Including: Cardio Center, over 200 weight machines, indoor running track, professional kickboxing ring, 50,000 pounds of free weights, almost every type of fitness trend equipment imaginable and even an octagon style MMA ring.

Started in 1982 with only 8,000 square feet, we have grown and expanded not only our space, but our capabilities over the years.

We are also the headquarters of the internationally acclaimed U.S. Shidokan Karate Association.
