Chef George Wong owns 2 ChopStix locations. One located in the heart of Sheepshead Bay, and the other nestled away in the busy streets of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Both restaurants offer a visually unique atmosphere.
At our Sheepshead Bay location you'll feel like you are dining in Far East of Asia with decorative plants, lighting, Asian art with a bridge over a small pond! The Bay Ridge locations grabs you with its bright blue and purple decor and oblong shapes hanging from the ceiling.

Along with the atmosphere you can be sure to find a favorite dish on our extensive menu. The Chop Stix Restaurant menu includes Grilled Northern Atlantic Salmon, Thai Red Curry Sauce with Chicken or Beef, Steamed Tilapia with Ginger & Scallion Sauce, Lobster Tempura, and sushi, among others.
