Cindy's Fusion Fitness

Our mission at CFF is to get the local area healthy and fit! It's important to exercise and we offer classes for any fitness level. We want you to be in the best shape of your life! Cindy's Fusion Fitness has 12 certified, experienced, and passionate fitness instructors that are here for you. We do this because we love it!

The owner, Cindy Petri, has five years experience teaching fitness classes. This is a dream come true to her to open a fitness center. She wants to share her passion of fitness and health with everyone. "We make fitness fun and exciting", Cindy says.

We offer around 30 classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Crossfit, Zumba toning, Zumba Gold, Silver Sneakers, Toning classes, Hip Hop Abs, Kids Classes, Cinful Fitness (chair dancing) and much more. We also offer personal training for anyone who wants one on one attention or if you are not comfortable in a group fitness setting. Children classes are offered at CFF in 6-8 week intervals.
