Citizens Drug has been locally owned and operated by Tom Cecil since 1983. Citizens Drug is part of the Total Pharmacy Care group with locations in Pikeville, Belfry, Prestonsburg and Martin. All of our pharmacists attended local high schools -- Betsy Layne, Virgie, Millard, Pikeville and Prestonsburg -- before moving on to colleges and pharmacy schools. Our pharmacists are available to make sure service meets your highest expectations. And the whole community knows our pharmacy techs.
