Coastal CT SUP

Coastal CT SUP was started by Nancy Breakstone and Deb Fattibene in 2013 with the goal of sharing our enthusiasm for the sport of Stand-Up Paddle Boarding with others. With proper instruction SUP is easy, fun and a great workout as well.
We offer basic and advanced paddling techniques for all ages and abilities, as well as fitness, including strengthening and core exercises. We offer race training and Paddlefit classes as well as a Junior Race Team Program.
