Commonwealth's Attorney's Office - 18th Judicial Circuit

The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office for the 18th Judicial Circuit is responsible for prosecuting felony offenses in Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton, and Robertson Counties. It is also available twenty-four hours a day to law enforcement agencies in those four counties for legal advice and the drafting of warrants.
