My name is Conrad and I understand buying a car can be one of the most difficult and stressful processes around! From the start you more than likely are going to deal with a sales person that knows very little about the product and worst of all... doesn't listen to your situation and needs. Next to the manager that all he/she wants to do is to make a deal and nothing more. Finally the dreaded finance manager... dealing with someone who is simply trying make as much money as possible without listening to your needs.
