I'm Buffy Owens and I am the founder of Conscious Movements and a self- proclaimed somatic fanatic & Feldenkrais freak. I muse on all things that nourish the nervous system and soothe the soul. I am especially intrigued by the Feldenkrais Method, Mindfulness & Meditation, and Functional Nutrition.
