Dear Conscious Sol,

I am a passionate Doctor of Chiropractic that creates a safe nurturing space to open each body to it's innate healing potential. Each individual is unique and I craft a unique bodywork experience by deeply listening to you and your body's specific requests. Drawing on my intuitive approach and a variety of learned techniques, I commit to best support you with each session so you leave feeling seen, loved, relaxed and open to the healing journey.

My specialities are: postural/structural support, increased mobility, stress reduction, women's wellness, pre/post natal support, pregnancy, pediatrics and grief/loss.

I look to the root cause of your dis-ease not fixing only the pain in the present moment. Re-balancing all of you: Physical, Spiritual/Mental/Emotional, Chemical to find the underlying deeper causes for imbalances. The nervous system controls everything in your entire body, I check for subluxations (areas of disfunction, lack of light and imbalances) to free the nervous system to express 100% of it's inborn capability to heal and thrive.
