An elegant family studio located in the heart of Miami.

We offer more than 40 yoga classes a week with 15 outstanding yoga instructors.

We are a family studio and when you come visit us, you will find that our very clean and welcoming studio is filled with positive energy.

We offer various styles and levels: Vinyasa, Anusara, Ashtanga, Mysore, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Basics, Fluidus Method, Kundalini Yoga, Kids (ages 4-8) and Tweens (ages 8-13).

For appointments, we offer Ayurveda consultations for nutrition and healing, traditional Abhyanga massage, Shirodhara and other traditional treatments. We are a registered yoga studio with the Yoga Alliance. We offer 200-Hour and 300-Hour Teacher Training Certifications (RYT-200 and RYT-500). We also offer Kids Yoga Training Programs and Certifications in partnership with Karma Kids Yoga New York.
