CQ Photography

CQ Photography specializes in birth photography, with a focus on natural and unmedicated births. I also do newborn/infant/child/nursing and family photo sessions. CQ Photography is the official photographer for Lisa Ross Birth and Women's Center, and also has an indoor studio location for other photo sessions. A 20% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is due AT TIME OF SCHEDULING/HIRING. This applies with and without signed contracts, payment plans or services rendered.


PRICES:
Half Shoot - $35 This shoot lasts 15 minutes, and no maximum number of final photos This session comes with an online gallery of 5-10 images for print ordering and for downloading high resolution images at no additional fee.**IF you request a half shoot take place at a location other than the studio, time and travel MAY be added depending on where. This will be discussed before the shoot**

Mini Shoot - $60: This shoot lasts 30 minutes, and no maximum number of final photos This session comes with an online gallery of 15-20 images for ordering prints/books and for with high resolution images at no additional fee. Additional images on disc can be purchased for $50.**IF you request a mini shoot take place at a location other than the studio, time and travel MAY be added depending on where. This will be discussed before the shoot**

Full Shoot - $125: This shoot lasts 1 hour, and can include as many outfits or people that can fit into that time frame. There is no maximum number of final photos. This session can be at the indoor/outdoor studio OR at a place of your choosing and depending on travel time there may be an additional travel fee. This session comes with an online gallery of 40-60 images for ordering photo products and for downloading high resolution images and at no additional fee. Additional images and disc can be purchased for $100

Double Shoot - $225: This shoot has no time limit, no location limit, includes travel time and can include as many people or outfit changes as desired. There is no maximum number of final photos. This session can be at the indoor/outdoor studio OR at another place of your choosing. This is NOT a session for weddings, offices, websites.

Newborn Shoot - $225: This shoot is for babies 10-14 days and under and can last 2-3+ hours, and can take place at your home or in the studio. These sessions come with an online gallery of 20-25 images for download or print ordering. Additional images on disc can be purchased for $150.

Smash Cake- $150 This session is specifically for your childs first (or second) birthday and is a fun and messy session. These sessions typically last between 1-2 hours, with the option for a clean-up portion using a galvanized tub and some bubbles outside! Cakes can be provided for $20 and comes with 30-45 images returned via digital download. Discs and additional images can be purchased for $100.

Nurslings - $40: This package is made specifically to capture the tender moments between a nursing mother and her baby. It is a mini session, focused specifically on you and your little one during nursing.

Fluff Butt - $45 This is a session focused purely on the cutest cloth diaper you own. About 30 minutes of shoot time, one diaper. If you have more than one diaper you'd like to use, we can adjust time/fee accordingly.

Babywearing - $40 This is a session to show off your favorite baby carriers and the joy that comes with baby wearing! It can be done inside or outside, 1-2 carriers.

Baby Life (Full) - $500 - This package includes 5 FULL sessions (hour long). This package is designed to capture the first year of your babies life and usually includes your newborn, 3/6/9/12 month sessions. However, it can be used on any 5 shoots you like. That includes older children, family, they do NOT have to be used on first year. Contact me if you have questions about this package. Sessions in this package include images on disc.

Baby Life (Mini)- $250 - This package is made up of 5 MINI sessions. It can be any 5 sessions you want. This is a great way to save money if you know you will be coming back regularly. Sessions in this package include images on disc.

Birth Photography - This is a very special package designed to capture your birth story in a personal way. It takes the pressure off of Dad or Grandparents to cover the event and you can be the focus of everyones attention (as well as baby). This is a very more in depth session so please contact me to discuss it further. I also work with a local Doula and we offer a combo package for the both of us.

BIRTH ONLY- $550
BIRTH & MATERNITY OR NEWBORN (2) - $650
BIRTH/MATERNITY/NEWBORN (all 3 sessions) - $700

Fresh 48 Session- $200 This is an in hospital, lifestyle newborn session. This can be the day after baby is delivered and will focus on the special first glow moments of baby and family. It can last a few hours and is a very special and great choice for families who want the hospital feel but I am unable to attend the actual delivery

Birthday - There are 2 options for birthdays. The Birthday Package is $175, and includes photography at child's birthday party (up to 2 hours of shooting) and a smash cake session in the studio. These can be scheduled on different days. The birthday party alone is $125.

***Each session will have a Sneak Peek (8-10 photos) posted on the business page (unless otherwise specified by you at the time of your session) as well as access to a Pixieset for easy and fast ordering. This link and information will be given to you after your session. I guarantee the quality, crop and color of these images and DO NOT guarantee if you print elsewhere. I do not provide print release for Walmart, Walgreens, CVS or any other pharmacy/grocery print lab. If you have questions about this or a special circumstance, ask and we can discuss it.

POLICIES: **Payment is due AT TIME OF SESSION (for singular non package sessions). If you cannot pay at your session, a $20 fee will be added to your total package price. You will also not receive a preview or session disc until paid in full with $20 increase.

** DISCOUNT GIVEAWAY SESSIONS are paid UPON SCHEDULING. Which means, when you schedule your session you need to arrange payment. These sessions are non refundable, but cancellation/reshoot policies still apply. Please be sure to have your payment method ready when scheduling or your claim will be passed to the next person.

** There is a 20% Late Cancel/Reschedule fee if you cancel or reschedule your session within 48 hours before your session. That will be added on to your rescheduled session fee OR you will not be seen until it is paid. I understand things happen, but it is not just your schedule that is being changed, it is mine and my families. There are also people who would have liked your spot that did not get it.

**Please allow between 4-6 weeks for your disc to be returned. IF you need your disc faster than that, please include a $20 rush fee with your session fee and state the date you need your disc by at the time of scheduling.


**Also, if weather cancels your session, a reshoot is available to those as well.


**Larger packages such as Birth, Baby Life, Weddings will require payment due at time of contract signing/photographer hire. Payment arrangements can be made if necessary BUT add a 20% of the charge to the total. A 20% deposit is required and is nonrefundable.
