Crazy MAD Fitness

On Mondays and Wednesdays I teach Zumba from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Men and women ages 13 and up are welcome to attend. Zumba is a dance cardio workout and is an absolute blast!

On Tuesdays I teach Cardio Box Jam from 6:30pm-7:00pm. Men and women ages 13 and up are welcome to attend. This class has a 'Tae Bo' feel to it with a lot of punching and kicking. This class helps you release your stress and frustrations! Our warriors kick butt in this class! If dancing in Zumba intimidates you, Cardio Box Jam is the class for you! It is addictive!

On Thursdays I teach Sugar and Spice Chair Dance Fitness from 6:30pm-7:00pm. Women ages 18 and up are welcome to attend. This is a strength training burlesque inspired workout! Our vixens bring their sass to each and every class! This class is held in the dark so that women feel comfortable.

All of my classes are $5 per person, per class, and cash only. Give each class a try and see what Crazy Mad Fitness has to offer you!

No membership or signup is required! Grab a bottle of water and just show up!

When you come to class you will leave with a schedule showing all of the classes that I offer! You can put this on your fridge and it is your constant reminder to come to class!
