Crisp Doner Café was established as a gourmet food truck in 2014 serving at University of Houston main campus, midtown area and several festivals in the greater Houston area as well as private caterings.
We specialize in all Halal Beef&Lamb and Chicken Doner Kebap, few other significant specialized mediterrenean kebap grills which are cooked over wood chargrill to enrich the taste, fresh vegatables, artisan breads and in-house made sauces.
Crisp Doner Café is also unique with our family friendly environment with the kids indoor playground area, healthy kids menu options, in-house made delicious and nutritious desserts and its partnership with Italian coffee brand Lavazza to serve lattes, cappuccino, hot chocolate and espresso.
We brought the Europe and Asia’s Best Selling Kebap to Houston with the dedication of serving the most fresh, healthiest, delicious beef&lamb and chicken doner kebap to our dear guests in an authentic way of plate serving presentations in addition to fusion type of meals such as Crisp Jalapeno’ed Burger, Doner Kebap Tacos, Sandwiches, Wraps as well as salads.
