CrossFit 310

CrossFit 310 is a fitness training studio located at the Information and Technology Center on North Catalina Avenue in Redondo Beach. Our goal is not to give you your best beach body in 6 weeks. Our goal is to improve your life. We are dedicated to teaching you to move again, discovering a freedom you haven't felt in a long time - or never knew you had. We can help you look like an athlete by training like an athlete. Class times range from 6:00am to 6:30pm, email us for specific group times. Call us for more information!
