CrossFit Fergus Falls

CrossFit Fergus Falls is the first and only CrossFit affiliation in Fergus Falls, MN. Our gym has pull-up bars, ropes, kettlebells, rowers, and stationary bikes. Natalie, Adam, and Karoline are all certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainers. All of our trainers are well versed in teaching technique, coaching, and educating. Our program is based on CrossFit's methods meaning our workouts are based on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high-intensity.

CrossFit is a program for ALL AGES, ALL STAGES, and ALL ABILITIES! You do not have to be in shape to start CrossFit. Our trainers are knowledgeable in scaling programs to fit your needs while still pushing you to your full potential.
