CrossFit morning classes start at 6:00 am and 7:00am. We also have a 12:00pm noon class. CrossFit evening classes start at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm during the week. Olympic lifting clinic is on Fridays at 4:00 pm. Weightlifting is daily from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. during the week. Saturday CrossFit is at 10:00 am with open training 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Sunday we have yoga at 10:am and open training from noon till 2 :00 pm. You are encouraged and welcome to come early or stay late to warm up, stretch, or work on any skills needed.
