CrossFit Lead

CrossFit lead is a new and exciting gym experience for Gainesville, FL! The owner has over 5 years experience with CrossFit training locally and is excited to bring his knowledge and passion to West Gainesville and beyond starting January 2015!

The focus at CF Lead is community, hard work and fundamentals. We will continually strive to bring our member-athletes together so that we can make each other better. We will work diligently and hard using fundamental exercises to help our clients gain useful strength along with a huge aerobic base. We feel that training doesn’t have to be fancy or complicated. Men and women have been able to gain strength and endurance for years without gimmicks and quick fixes. We will draw on the successes of those who have gone before us and help lead you to a healthier future for yourself, your family, and your friends.
