CrossFit Made

CrossFit Made is one of the top CrossFit affiliated gyms located in McAllen, TX.

CrossFit Made's goal is to promote a fit and healthy lifestyle. The fitness program is centered from the CrossFit mythology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity.

Movements will vary between gymnastics, weightlifting and conditioning. By gymnastics we mean: push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, and pull-ups. Weightlifting: back squat, fronts squat, snatch, and clean & jerk. Conditioning will involve running and rowing.

We have thriving active members and staff who are healthy and strong. Our members are extremely diverse in their athletic experiences, from the 40 year old soccer mom to the top athletes in the RGV. Although our members have diverse backgrounds, our coaches personalize the workout of each individual participant, and each member leaves the gym (box) a stronger and happier athlete.

Our small focused classes (between 12-16 members per class) help maintain an intimate relationship between coaches and members. Each class is about 60 minutes long.

CrossFit Made is not only a gym where members come together to get fit, but where a family comes together to help support one another become a better version of themselves each day.
