CrossFit Orange NY is a CrossFit affiliate in New York State’s Orange County based at Bare Fitness in Goshen, NY. One of the original NY affiliates, we have been busting crossfit butts since 2008! We agree with, endorse, and train in accordance with CrossFit principles and methodologies by offering safe but highly effective Crossfit training to people of all ages and fitness levels. People quickly find that Crossfit isn’t your normal fitness routine -- it’s a sport in and of itself. CrossFit makes athletes out of lazy people and elites out of athletes.
