Located in the in our facility, just north of downtown Colorado Springs, CrossFit SoCo was built to give our members the opportunity to live healthier, happier lives and to realize their fitness goals. Our well-trained, experienced fitness team is all about quality, results, and passion for exceeding our members’ expectations.

Over the past five years, we have decided to diversify what we offer. We have expanded into a diverse 17,000 sq ft training facility which now offers CrossFit, yoga, kick boxing, spinning, olympic weightlifting, and an open gym all day long.

From the athlete who just wants to get a quick workout between work and family life to the athlete with goals of competing at the CrossFit Games, SoCo has what you need.
